Once again, Castle demonstrated its commitment to excellent service by sponsoring the Support Team of the Year at the 2006 Scottish Legal Awards. This year's winner of the award was the Pagan Osborne Business Improvement Team.

Since launching the Software Audit last year, the legal Sector in particular has been quick to identify the value it offers. This confidential service costs from only £199+VAT, covering 25 network units and it provides you with a report which is essential for IT planning, including Hardware specifications, Operating Systems and of course a list of the software installed on each network asset.
Turning-up the HEAT on Technical Support
First-class technical support underpins our ability to deliver First-class Technical services. Because we recognise this, Castle has continued to make massive investments in our Service Desk over the last year. These developments have included a new 'HEAT' Support & Knowledge database which ensures that Service Levels are met and that access to best-practice advice is instantly available to our customers. We have invested in Network Streaming, which means that we can fix problems instantly, without the need for a call-out, just by taking control of your PC remotely via any internet connection. And most importantly of all our Service Desk is now managed by IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) accredited staff, which ensures that our advice conforms to best-practice, at all times.
