Finance Software Implementation Consultant

Do you think you've got the accountancy and commercial skills to help organisations maximise their investment in new Finance software? Would you like the opportunity to use your financial and commercial skills to deliver high quality finance systems solutions to many diverse organisations within the UK.

Castle is currently recruiting for a Finance Software Implementation Consultant. This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to take on more responsibility in their career and get involved in the implementation of a world-class mid-range Accounting and Finance solution, Infor SunSystems; with well known private and public sector organisations.

The ideal candidate could come from a variety of backgrounds, but will have a combination of significant experience in at least two of the following three areas:

Finance & Accountancy Knowledge

You might be either a full or part qualified Accountant, or have significant experience of working within a Finance Team or in a Finance related role.

Consulting Experience

You will have demonstrated success in a consultancy role, with an ability to liaise at all levels of within an organisation, from Finance Director, through to Departmental System Users. You will be experienced in Project Management, managing customer expectations; you will have shown responsibility for problem solving, providing project documentation and facilitating end-user workshops.

Product Knowledge

You will have experience of working with mid-ranged Finance, Business Management Systems or similar. This may be as an advanced user, in a support role or as part of a project team. You must already have excellent Excel skills for data manipulation.

You must be a team player with exceptional communication skills; willing to undertake some out of hours travel and overnight stays. You must be able to work independently in a high performing team and a rapidly evolving environment and maintain the highest levels of customer service and professionalism at all times.
