Project Management

Castle's implementation approach includes a ten step methodology and the Project Management Approach.

Project Management is used throughout the project to plan the project thoroughly, manage project resources, evaluate progress, and to take necessary action to keep the project on course. The approach utilised for implementation of Technical Services and is based on a review of the ten step PQIS methodology.
