Victory Housing Trust has chosen Castle Computer Services to undertake a major upgrade of its financial and reporting systems.
Castle will implement Infor SunSystems version 6, along with budgeting and forecasting, expense@work, Purchase2Pay, Asset 4000, and QlikView business intelligence.
Nathan Thompson, Finance Manager at Victory Housing Trust, said:
“Our existing financial management system has been in place for almost ten years and our current version will soon be de-supported, so we took the opportunity to spend some time considering all of our current and future needs.
“The key objectives were to upgrade systems and reporting capability to improve interaction with other departments and provide more meaningful information to managers across the organisation.
“The solution will deliver a major enhancement to budgeting and forecasting and QlikView will revolutionise the way we provide information to managers.
“We chose Castle from a final shortlist of tenders because they were able to demonstrate extensive experience, along with an understanding of our needs. This was backed up by references from their customers, as well as the Housing Technology Spectrum: Review of IT suppliers. We were also reassured that they were able to demonstrate previous experience of successful integration with Civica’s Universal Housing.”
George Strathie, Software and Services Director, Castle Computer Services, said:
“These systems will provide Victory Housing with a comprehensive housing back-end solution, enabling significant improvements in business process efficiencies combined with access to detailed reporting and powerful analysis, presented in a user friendly format. This will allow Victory to monitor and manage performance more effectively as well as quickly identify and address any underlying trends before they become an issue.”
Victory Housing Trust owns and manages nearly 5,000 properties located across the north of Norfolk, which are home for over 10,000 residents.
Castle has also recently won tenders to support and maintain Infor SunSystems for AmicusHorizon and Network Housing Group, along with a tender to implement and support QlikView business intelligence with Sovereign Housing Association.
