We are delighted to announce that Castle has been awarded a place on the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) G-Cloud 9 framework agreement for the supply of cloud-based solutions to the Public Sector, including a range of business intelligence and financial management software as well as mobile working and IT infrastructure.

The CCS acts on behalf of the Crown to drive savings for the taxpayer and improve the quality of commercial and procurement activity. The G-Cloud 9 framework agreement supports the Government’s policy to centrally manage the procurement of common goods and services through an integrated commercial function at the heart of government.

Any supplier accepted onto the G-Cloud 9 framework agreement has to have proven their expertise. To earn our place, Castle demonstrated suitability for use in government projects and submitted a competitive list of capabilities and pricing covering our wide range of services and solutions. Extensive experience in the Public Sector – particularly in Social Housing – helped secure Castle as a premier supplier of high quality solutions, delivering increased efficiencies and economies of scale.

Being on the Framework will make it even easier for Public Sector clients to procure solutions from Castle. We also look forward to being able to work with many more organisations within the Public sector in as efficient a way as possible.

Software and Services Director, George Strathie, said:

“We’re proud to be included in an initiative which puts forward the most advanced cloud services and solutions currently on the market. With over 30 years’ experience working with Public Sector organisations, Castle certainly fits firmly within this category and we look forward to continuing to provide quality to the sector.

“To have so many of our services accepted on the framework is testament to our ability to deliver such a wide range of solutions, backed up by incomparable expertise and top of the range technologies.”
